SproutWell is a program of The Paàyo Collective designed to support early childhood educators and care providers through training, consultation, and coaching. All services are non-clinical, trauma-informed, and education-based. We do not provide therapy, child mental health treatment, or any clinical intervention. SproutWell offerings are rooted in early childhood education theory, mental wellness frameworks, and identity-affirming practices. Our work is intended to enhance professional capacity, classroom culture, and staff wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical care, therapeutic treatment, or mandated services. SproutWell does not serve as a behavioral intervention service for children or families. All support is voluntary and collaborative. No clinical record is created, and no treatment is provided.
